Rates
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy and vary by season.
- There is a $15/night fee per person for more than two people.
- With some variation by season, the rate is $85 a night for stays of
three or fewer nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
- With some variation by season, $75 a night is the rate for stays of
four or more nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
- Sales tax is additional.
- Balance is due on arrival.
- RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before a scheduled arrival,
or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will be returned for cancellations
made at least 30 days in advance except for a $50 fee for stays of three
nights or less, or a $75 fee for stays of four nights or more. Early
departure falls within the cancellation policy.

- Check-out is 11a.m.
- Other arrangements for checking in and out may be made in advance
if necessary.
- Sorry, pets are not allowed.
- No smoking, please.
