Rates and policies for Lovers' Loop Retreat, an Asheville B&B alternative

Rates

  • Rates are based on single or double occupancy and vary by season.
  • There is a $15/night fee per person for more than two people.
  • The rate is $85 a night for stays of three or fewer nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
  • $75 a night is the rate for stays of four or more nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
  • Sales tax is additional.
  • Balance is due on arrival.
  • RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before a scheduled arrival, or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will be returned for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance except for a $25 processing fee. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.

 

 

 Policies
  • Check-in is 3-7 p.m.
  • Check-out is 11a.m.
  • Other arrangements for checking in and out may be made in advance if necessary.
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking, please.
  • We are both gay- and straight-friendly.
