Rates

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
• There is a $15/night fee per person for more than two people.
• The rate is $85 a night for stays of three or fewer nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
• $75 a night is the rate for stays of four or more nights, with a 50% minimum deposit to guarantee the reservation.
• Sales tax is additional.
• Balance is due on arrival.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before a scheduled arrival, or the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit will be returned for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance except for a $25 processing fee. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.
